The Chapel of Our Lady of Mount Carmel is of great historical  and cultural importance in the Catholic Church in South Lincolnshire.

Its furnishings have hardly changed since it was erected in the 1850s. The liturgical changes in the wake of the Second Vatican Council have had no impact other than that an easily removable altar facing the people has been installed.

It has, however, no Eucharistic community and therefore we are looking to find a useful purpose for it.

Once we’ve found regular uses for the chapel we’ll work to raise the funds to repair and maintain it.

If you would like to help and be involved then please contact us.

The chapel is still used from time to time. A Mass is usually said on the 3rd Thursday of each month at 7.30pm

The next Mass is on Thursday 28th April
